L ljcox Well-Known Member Jan 25, 2006 #2 Your question is a bit vague. To convert a phasor to a sinusoid, you need the phase angle and magnitude ie. convert rectangular to polar. eg. 3+j4 has a magnitude of 5 and a phase angle of phi = artan(3/4) so it is 5 sin (wt - phi) where w = 2 pi f
