Converting a 120VAC Triac to 24VAC?

Hi all:
Have a look at the schematic....
how would I change this to work in 24VAC rather than 120VAC?

On the face of it, supply 24 VAC instead of 120VAC :D

What is this setup a part of?
Is there a feedback for the trigger control?
