Converting 5v output to 3.3v output

If I add R4 @ 2.2K and R5 @ 3.3K will this reduce my output signal to 3.3V? from 5v

If you post a schematic we'll probably be able to tell you.
 
With your provided values, the voltage will be 3V, not 3.3V, and that will only be true if whatever load connected to CN2 is high impedance.

Do you know how to calculate voltage dividers? Otherwise there are many voltage-divider online calculators, which will provide you with real, not theoretical values, and give you the error budget.
