Convert Normally Open to Normally Closed with Jumper

From a previous post, I was able to reverse engineer my circuit and learn re-flow soldering.(Thanks to you all)
I have a need to be able to convert my output signal from Normally Open to Normally Closed with the ability to change it with a jumper.

can anybody help?

At some point you need to be able to select a true or inverse signal.
Either before the output transistor, or even use two electrical outputs and the jumper selects which is connected to the terminal.
