If I'm correct, it should be 0.3" or 7.62mm pin to pin. Example: 1929950000 | Weidmuller 7.62mm Pitch 4 Way Right Angle Pluggable Terminal Block, Plug, Through Hole, Screw Termination | RS uk.rs-online.com It's definitely a Weidmuller part, from the logo visible in the photo.
