component value help please

I'm considering building this schematic and am looking for some advice on component values please.

i've already got
D1=1n5400
C1-C4=47uF
C8=22uF
from a simalar circuit that uses 7809 regulators.
This circuit provides multiple pwr for guitar pedals.
I'm looking for the values (not price)
of C6, C7 ,R2, D2 ,R3 ,R4, C7 ,C9 , C11 , C12 ,C13 ,C10
