I'm looking for some data sheets on IC KIA494P and transistor KTA 1266, KTA 1268 and A 1023. Please!!!!

The 2SA1023 is listed as PNP, 100mA, 250mW, 70V Vcb (there's no Vce listed in Towers). There are no KTA series transistors listed in Towers at all.

I mean the KIA494 some clone of original Texas TL494 PWM controller, most of PC PSU contains it. Search for d'sheet on ti.com
