Appreciate the info guys! I somewhat regret spending so much time with the BX24 learning the environment...since it's hard to expand since the chips cost $50/each. I made an order yesterday from robotshop.ca (so I can avoid duty and customs) for a few parts, one being:
I talked with a rep from SF and one point came up, if I had say 6 transmitters and 1 receiver then what's to say 2 transmitters won't transmit data at the same time? This could cause issues with the receiver picking up multiple signals at once. I was recommended to take a look at the Nordic line: http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/categories.php?cPath=16_114
Which honestly is over my head right now. I'm going to get my feet wet with the basic point A to point B wireless link for now and then go from there.
