Character map using 7x5 dot matrix display.

I want to design the character display using 7x5 dot matrix display with character map in EPROM.
How I can read in 5 location every 7-bit block?
Where I can get information about it?

7x5 dot matrix display

I have a display unit which controls 3x7 segment displays and one 7x5 dot matrix using a pic chip. I have table which does most of the asci table and a VB program to generate the code.
What type of circuit are you thinking of?
