cell phone parts

Hi all,
Recently I recieved a box full of older analog cellular phones from my school. They upgraded to nextels, and phased out their cellular. Does anyone know anything fun/useful to do with the transcever board or other boards of cell phones? I can see applications in video transmission, scanning etc. I have about 25 phones to play with, and just as many batteries. Any ideas are appriciated.
