Can someone help me in designing a frequency 60Hz range.
Can someone suggest me a block diagram, and circuit diagram if available. (Everything except IC MM5369)

I couldn't find the datasheet for the LM8365 (at least, not for the one you're using).
If you have it, post it here and maybe someone will be able to help you.

I don't have datasheet for the LM8365, only a Pin assignment of LM8365
