Can you get 12V constant from a recharged 15V battery?

If the batteries voltage level is sinking, can I take 12V constant untill the batteries is at that level?

With LDO (Low Dropout Regulator) possible discharging the 15V battery down to 12,3V. Under 12,3V no more stable 12V on output.
