Can I use the transistors like 2n3055 in low freq. Tx?

There are some low frequency tx like AM tx around 500KHz. Can i use power transistor like 2n3055 or IRFZ44 to make RF amplifier for these tx? I think these transistors can oscillate till 2MHz and i think it can be use as a RF amplifier for around 500KHz transmitter? Can't i?

No, they have almost no gain at all to begin with, and pretty well none by 500KHz.
