Pick a frequency, calculate the impedance of the capacitors at that frequency - then imagine they are resistors of that value. Then use series parallel resistor calculations to reduce the resistors to only two, an input resistor and a feedback resistor - you can then simple calculate the gain of the stage at that frequency. Repeat the calculations at various frequencies to allow you to plot a gain/frequency curve.
Even better, write a computer program that does it all for you!, and automatically calculate over a range of frequencies, and plot the graph directly.
