Cambridge audio azure 640c cd player

CD player has no audio out. No sound whatsoever. Tried remote also, and no difference. Very low hours on it. Can't believe a component went on it already. Had the case open and looked around and smelled for burnt component. Nothing evident. I'm baffled. Anyone got any ideas?
