The free version of CadSoft EAGLE limited circuit schematics to a single sheet, but beta version 7.5.2 has increased this to two sheets.
(For those not familiar with ECAD a sheet in this instance means that a circuit spans more than one sheet in that signals going in and out of one sheet connect with the respective input and outputs on another sheet. There is no practical limit on the number of independent sheets or projects you can have.)
