C1815 and A817 Transistor Equivalent Please

Hi,

I am reproducing an old Sound module for one of my Radio Controled Boats, it has two transistors C1815 and A817 could anyone let me know of any Equivalent Transistors that can be used in place of these????

are:

but sorry for A817 i could not find it
