The BASIC Stamp is a slow running BASIC interpreter, so you can't get the code out of it - it's pre-compiled to a type of p-code on the PC, then copied to EEPROM on the Stamp, which then interprets the code.
If you read the EEPROM you can get the p-code from it, but the original source isn't stored there.
