Hi everyone!

I'm an electronic enginner student and I'm looking for a good book on microelectronics (transistors, operational/differntial amplifiers with BJTs and FETs etc.).
Someone recommended me the following books:
- Malvino:""electronics"
- Jaeger:"Microelectonics"
- Donald Schilling "Electronic Circuits"

What do you think?

thx!

Hi,
For basics I think you should use Electronic Principles (or somthing of that sort) by David A Bell or Robert Boylsted.
