Blue 7 seg.

Does anyone know any suppliers of blue 7 segment displays. I have found places that will sell me 100, but i do not need that quantity as it is for a school project.

I would prefer if the suppliers where in the uk.

If you can convince them that it is a worthy cause, then you can ask them to donate a sample towards your project. Or perhaps they can bypass their minimum to help you out.. But they might need an explanation of why you need a blue display, rather then the readily available red.

If you can't get blue displays anywhere, you could use say 15 blue LEDs arranged in a figure 8?
