Like AG said, a capacitor charge pump supply is totally impractical for 5 KW. You would need a ridiculous number of farads, and a huge switching system to handle the current surges.
Making that much power from an input of only 5Volts will be difficult for almost any topology, as the input current will be well over 1000 amps average.
Where is the 5Volts coming from? Can that source be changed to be 15Volts?
