Electric vehicle traction drive prefers a motor with low RPM and high torque.
I would forget the "power" spec unless you are drag racing and need max acceleration, or a flying vehicle that runs at a fixed RPM in the middle of the powerband.
Electric vehicles need to have good performance at low RPMs and gentle reliable acceleration from zero speed to cruising speed.
You are probably better off with a DC series motor, not a little 3 phase peak-power tuned BLDC airplane motor.
