BCD to dual 7-segment decoder

Hey,

I'm working on a circuit that needs to display a BCD number from 5 to 31 with out a PIC chip or a programmable device. I have the BCD from an adder chip that needs to be decoded so it can show the number on the Dual 7-segment display. Could a 16 bit BCD decoder work? if so i would need a part number for the chip. Is there any 5 bit BCD decoder out there?
