Hi all,
i've built a battery charging circuit plus control circuit and with a proximity sensor. the overall current is about 430ma and it is use to charge 2 AA NiMh rechargeable batteries. The batteries is 1600maH and it is 1.2V.

The output is to the computer USB port. However, upon first attempt, the led keep flickering.
Parallel another usb cable to that of the first one, abit stablised but still flickering.

May use some help and advice from you all. :) thank you.
