Is there any low cost way to charge 24V- 40 amps Lead acid batteries from Wind Mill producing 100V to 200V : three phase AC : Total power will be @ 1000 watts
 
A switched mode power supply designed to work from 100VAC to 250VAC.

Find a 12V wall adapter. Connect it up to the battery. calculate how long it will take to charge it in hrs.(ampereage of the battery divided by wall adapter). Do not worry about overcharging, once the battery is full the adapter will trickle charge it.

can u give some links : Solution by TI is very long since it is based on polyphase charger
