hello
i am new to this forum
i am at present working on a rechargeable battery charger whose rating is 7.2V/1.5AH(it has 6 cells). i encountered a problem when i was designing it using an i.c bq2002. here we require an constant current to be delivered and i used an i.c lm317 for this purpose. if i use an transistor as a switch whose collector is connected to the adj pin of 317 it is not delivering constant current. so, please can u give the solution on how to use bq 2002 to work as an charger using 317.

thank you in advance.
