Basic Description of TCD5580C

The **broken link removed** is a frame interline CCD area image sensor developed for a 3-CDD wide aspect color camera (EDTV2 system) which has signal pixels of 1216(horizontal)*492 (vertical), and its image size agrees with 2/3 inch type wide aspect optical system.
Features of the TCD5580C can be summarized as:

(2)Signal850mm (H) * 5.461mm (V) (image size within effective period: 8.998mm (H) * 6.691mm (V));
(3)Package: 24pin DIP, ceramics, muti-corting glass;
(4)Additional function: electronic shutter (1/16to 1/1500);
(5)Transfer system: interline transfer;
(6)Diagonal length: 10.976mm (within effective image area);
(7)Aspect ratio: -0.371% (within effective image area).
The absolute maximum ratings of TCD5580Care as follows:
(1)Horizontal CCD clock pulse voltage: -0.3 to 18V;
(2)Vertical CCD clock pulse voltage: -10 to 18V;
(3)Reset drain voltage: -0.3 to 18V;
(4)Reset pulse voltage: -0.3 to 18V;
(5)Output transistor drain voltage: -0.3 to 18V;
(6)Test terminal voltage: -0.3 to 18V;
(7)Operating temperature: -20 to 60℃;
(8)Overflow drain voltage: -0.3 to 45V;
