You can check here: https://www.instructables.com/Make-a-RF-Transmitter-and-Receiver-With-HT12E-HT12/ AT the end of step 3 of the tutorial, there is a pdf. The PDF has the PCB layout. It's not the Gerber file. There are the layouts of the Top copper, the bottom copper and the top silk. You can print the PCB using these. I think it will be more convenient than Gerber files.
