AZ280 info/dataheet..pls?

I found a AZ280 chip on a PCB. Wander what'a that?

A simple google finds it listed as 'TMC3637P/AZ280', which is an 'Infrared Xmtr-Rcvr for Remote Control - Programmable With EEPROM', listed as an 8 pin DIP chip.

Use google on the Texas number then - you ight also try substituting a 'D' for the 'P' at the end.

10X for the tip. I found data about TMS3637...hope is same thing (has similar specs).

You're good! Now I'm 95% sure is the same with TMS3637 and I have datasheet for that one. Th a lot!

I just have datasheet for TMS3637. That was ....that one.
I'm sure that TMC3637=TMS3637.
