Availability of JTAG

Hi,

How can I find out whether a particular microcontroller possess (or be used with) JTAG or not. Also what about this **broken link removed**? Can this be used with JTAG if yes which pins are there for this purpose?

What do YOU think? I´d say what they discribe there is very far from being compatible with JTAG interface.
