Hi, I don't usually post on forums so i don't know if this is the right place and if not just tell me.
I have speakers and headphones but my computer only has 1 female jack input, i have a microphone+headphone to 1 jack and I tried to make the microphone one a female headphone input, the microphone one has 2 wires and the headphone one 3 wires, i successfully connected them and they "work" sole problem is that what ever is connected to the main female port (the one which originates with, the 3 wire one) one side get's really low frequency and sound, is there a way to get around this?
(i just took the microphone one and connected them to the headphone wires, the headphones have the cables 1,2,3 and for them to work i need to connect 1-1 and 2-2 but for the microphone female wires i need to get the wire 3,4 (3- same color as the one from headphones) connected as 1-4 and 3-3 and once connected the problem appears, sorry if i'm confusing)

Have you tried a headset on the speaker output? Is it not loud enough to damage the headset and destroy your hearing? Do the left and right sides play properly? Do two headsets work properly when both are connected? Probably.
But two electret microphones might not work properly when they are connected together.
