apology but little help pls.

first i want to apologise for using wrong statement here that i want to die but i really want an attention pls i want to flash led bulbs in order of this 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 2-1-3, 2-1-3, 3-2-1,3-2-1 then all will flash at the same time...so what kind of ic will i use for this work pls i really need this urgently. thank's to you all.

The easiest way would be cascading decimal (Johnson) counters (CD4017) and use a diode network for decoding.
