Is there a quick solution to mounting pc board inside a plastic enclosure, where heavy vibrations might be a problem? Are there pcb mounts made of rubber or with a small spring to absorb the shocks? thanks.

Potting it in silicone or epoxy is the way to go if you've go if you've got extreme environmental conditions.

For quick hacks - foam tape, silicone tubing "standoffs", hot glue should work.
