Analysis of FFT outcome and .four spice directive results

Hi everyone. I am trying to learn about THD through LTspice simulation. I got some ideas about performing FFT and finding THD through .four command in LTspice but I am not sure what all those value means. How do you actually interpret the outcome you get form spice log file for THD?I would be very thankful If anyone would help me fully understand the results and how to analyze them. I have attached my simulation files in this post.
