Altium PCB Footprints Help

Hello guys,
I use this program and i cant find the way to create my own footprint. I want to design Fairchild's Semiconductor, SPM32-CA chip. Its model is : FSAM50SM60A. If anyone can help me out i'd be very thankful!!!!

You should use Orcade soft to design your own pcb and footprintf

I think i found it! I chose an already designed footprint, and then i just designed the pads where i want them to be printed on the PCB. after placement i changed their attributes to fit in my project!!!
