Alternative to L923D

Hello, I have been using the L923D to generate a four channel zero crossing square wave signal, for test equipment I want to make a new design with two channels. I could just use two of the L923D but I want a much smaller component. Can anyone help with a alternative smaller version with just the two outputs

OK. but what about rise time, Vcc , Input levels, peak load current, Pd max? And board space. there are lots of far more efficient logic to dual power half bridge drivers and other types you can find. https://www.ti.com/power-management...ml#p2869min=-0.3;5&p2869max=5;35&p1250=MOSFET
