Hiya, i have a ADC0804 chip and im having troubles with it as it is not doing what it is supposed to do. I want to convert 5V DC in a 8 bit binary. I have tried many self test circuits. Inputting 5V into the Vin(+) doesn't really give me any binary values. I am very confused with this chip as i have changed it many times. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! thanks alot
