4013 problem

i have an 4013 d-flip flop

and i want it to work as dc divider

by using 555 pulse generator & i try to connect the Q complement to the data input , its work on the simulator , but its faild me in the kit board ...

i think its related to TTL & CMOS characteristic...

i need an explanation .....

If the 555 and the CD4013 have the same supply voltage from 5V to 15V and the same ground then the circuit should work fine.
Your schematic does not show the power supply and ground connections to the CD4013.
The Q-not output of the CD4013 should not be loaded much.
The output of the 555 is its pin 3.
 
i have connect the same supply and the same ground and the pulse from 555

pin 3 .

and its not work
