3 phase inverter harmonics only depend on size of load, not shape?

Hello,

lets say I have a 3 phase diode rectifier, then comes a cpacitor bank, then comes a DC-AC converter that runs a motor.
Then the harmonics on the source are really just depending on the current draw at the load side? Could be a motor, a heater, anything. If nothing else changes, the size of the capacitors etc? The ripple increases with increasing load essentially, because the diodes open longer and draw more current.

Cheers,

Steffen
