25P20VP Datasheet

Hi,

I am have go to Interface LM3S3748 (SSI1 = SERAIL SYNCGRONOUS INTERFACE 1)with an Serial flash 25P20VP.

but alas i m unable to find any datasheet of 25P20VP hence plz help me with this datasheet and also confirm me with one thing, is M25P20V similar to 25P20VP of ST company.
