Simply test one and see!.

Generally these transformers are used to feed power tools on building sites, to improve safety - basically because builders can't be trusted with anything electrical :lol:

Almost all of the power tools will be double-insulated (again, it's far safer for builders), so won't have an earth lead anyway.

There's a lot of contradictory opinions about earthing things, but basically (in my opinion) it can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on the item in use and the failure mode that might occur.
