Can someone please help me with a design. I want to build a controller that has 100 LED's that I can connect to either a serial, parallel or even usb port. Then from Delphi if I send a certain code or something to it, one of the LED's will light. Eg. if i send 1 then LED 1 switches on while all other off and if I send 2, 1 goes off and 2 goes on.
Any help would be appreciated.
