0-9 second timer

hi people. im a 15 year old kid that is interested in electronics. i tried to build this 0-9 second timer but it seem like i did something wrong, i follow exactly the diagram but it seem like it have a problem. the number goes from 0,1,2, then some weird number. can anyone help me. maybe post me a new diagram. thx guys.

omg stupid diagram. it put 74ls48 instead of 74ls47. i got it working now haha. thx people.
