0.068m plastic capacitor

0.068mF= 68uF Much more common way to say it.
=68,000nF = 68,000,000pF

The other possibility is its mF in place of uF, which is a misuse of the "m" - technically, mF it's millifarads, 1000 uF as Ron says. However, it's an annoyingly common misuse.

But 0.068 is likely a wrong use of mF, a mislabelled uF value (initials of Micro Farads), especially considering it's fractional and plastic film.
(Unless it's a big can type such as a motor capacitor?)
