There is no such thing as 1 - 40 Hz microwaves.
Microwaves occupy the frequencies between 300 MHz (0.3 GHz) and 300 GHz - Not 1 - 40 Hz.

You know you don't have to be a mind control victim to want to block or detect these frequencies. There are stealth assault weapons that they use that are operated on the same frequencies (AKA HAARP, a death ray), and can be remotely used on a person from miles and miles away.
