1-why in voltage amplifier the output resistance tend to be zero? and in current amplifier the out put resistance tend to be infinity?

2-for velocity effect why the drain current will be linear with Vgs?

1. voltage amplifier (with feedback) acts like a voltage source with very low output impedance.
A current-output amplifier acts like a current source, which has a very high output impedance.

2. I dont understand what you mean by "velocity effect"?

The "velocity effect" is used when you throw something at somebody who no speeky zee Engrish.
