You cant write programs for microcontrolers in there languages.

Use asembely or use Basic,C or Pascal compilers

Well, what can I do I want to write a visual program?

Write a PC program!.

The so called 'visual' languages aren't really suitable for micro-controllers, the name is rather a giveway! - to be 'visual' you need to have a visual display, in fact a graphic visual display!.

The 'visual' part allows you to easily set your screen display, and writes the relevent code for you - this obviously doesn't apply to a PIC.

HI there,

Visual basic is 32-bit Windows based programming language. And PIC is using machine language programming to control its activities. So we need an interpreter between VB and PIC, such as a code compiler to translate program codes from VB or PIC, in this case they can understand each other. Please visit website here for VB programming,

It would be possible to create a visual programming package for a PIC System, but not PIC's on there own.

A cool system could be made with drag/drop controls and a touchscreen LCD in a built in system.

Any takers? lol, more realistically, anyone willing to make a system!

Making an compiler is extermly complex ieven on a PC.

I dont mean to be rude but ther is no way your going to do that.

lol,

oh i wish i had taken Com Sci at Royal Holloway instead of Cybernetics at Reading, you get to study compiler creations for your masters degree. Making varius types.

Its not impossible and with a visual system its more like chunks of code rather then actual compiling ;).

But i did not say i was going to try so...
