Simple.
Connect a resistor in series with the thermistor.
Connect voltage to the resistor and ground the thermistor.
The voltage across the resistor will vary with temperature.
From the known value of the thermistor with temperature (from the data sheet) you can calculate the thermistor temperature from the measured voltage across it.
Note that the applied voltage must be low enough so as to not significant self-heating of the thermistor.
