how are you . l need help my in me project

when any car cut sensor the desply is start count . push sensor stop the desply stop count and give you how much speed by car .l need program for this circuit the circuit work same drag race but drag race give time speed. but my project l need give speed value.

You need to write more clearly. I'm really struggling to understand what you've written though I think I managed to decode "desply" to "display".

To measure speed you need to know the distance the car is travelling then divide that by the time taken.
