How soap dispensor works in normal house hold dish washer.
It has no any electrical or electrical connections to it. Small container with soap in it and closed with a flap. When the machine started it should be oipened. But It is not happening now. Machine runs and completed its cycle but at the end of washing cycle, soap dispensor still closed and still with full of soap powder. Any idea much appreciated.

Do a google search for "wax motor soap door" or "dishwasher soap door" yours could be either bimetalic or a wax motor. Could be caused by other things, but the above two are pretty cheap to fix.

Typically it's just solenoid operated linkage to open the door or flap to the dispenser. There are appliance repair forums that you should search for on the Internet that would better answer your question with respect to your appliance brand and model.
